What does editing include?
Unedited: Selected photos supplied as captured, without individual adjustments.
Light editing: Brightness, colour, contrast, and cropping adjustments.
Retouching: Light editing plus individual refinements, such as light skin retouching and minor distraction removal where possible. Complex alterations and background changes are quoted separately.
No revisions: Delivered edits are final. Revisions, re-edits, filter changes, and alternative versions of lightly edited or retouched photos will not be provided.
Extra light editing: $5/photo. Retouching: from $10/photo. Upgrade a lightly edited photo to retouched: from $5/photo. Extra editing is for additional photos, not revisions to delivered edits. It may change delivery timing; quotes are confirmed before work begins.

24-hour delivery is within 24 hours of your session ending. Same-day delivery is by 11:59 p.m. on your session date, subject to the finish time and availability. Rush service must be confirmed before booking.

Travel around Abaco
Based in Crown Haven. Select your settlement or cay on the booking form to see your travel fee. Crown Haven, Fox Town and Mount Hope: free; Cedar Harbour / Wood Cay: $5; Cooper’s Town: $10; Fire Road / Cornishtown: $15; Blackwood / Grape Tree: $20; Treasure Cay / Sand Banks: $30; Central Pines / Murphy Town: $40; Dundas Town / Marsh Harbour: $50; Spring City / Little Harbour / Cherokee Sound: $75. More distant locations require a custom quote.
Cays require a two-hour photography minimum. Travel includes the full mainland fee to the departure dock, actual round-trip ferry fare, and $10 logistics. Green Turtle Cay: New Plymouth $22 ferry fare; White Sound / Black Sound $24. Hope Town: $25 ferry fare. Man-O-War, Guana Cay and other unconfirmed routes require a custom ferry quote. Fixed travel fees are included in your estimate and its 30% deposit; custom charges are confirmed before payment.
Booking, payment & delivery policies
No revisions: Delivered edits are final. Revisions, re-edits, filter changes, and alternative versions of lightly edited or retouched photos will not be provided.
Last-minute bookings: Requests made 5 days (120 hours) or less before the session start time carry a $35 last-minute booking fee. Requests must be made at least 24 hours ahead and remain subject to availability. This fee is separate from outside-hours, travel, and faster photo-delivery fees.
Availability: Any day, with at least 24 hours (1 day) notice. Regular photography hours are 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Time outside these hours is charged an additional $35 per hour, calculated proportionally.
Cancellation: If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited. One reschedule is permitted while retaining your deposit, subject to availability. A second reschedule forfeits the deposit and requires a new booking.
Start time: If Audea arrives at the booked time, your photography time starts at the booked time even if your event starts late. Delays do not extend coverage; extra time is charged at your package rate, subject to availability.
Payments: Cash, bank transfer, and PayPal are accepted. Payment instructions are provided after your request is approved.
A request does not reserve a date. Once availability is confirmed, a 30% deposit reserves your booking. The remaining balance is due on the session date.
Photography time begins at the agreed booking time. Additional time is subject to availability.
Lightwork Photos selects delivered photos, excluding duplicates, test shots, and unusable images. Standard delivery is within 3 business days after your session, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Photos are delivered digitally by download link. Prints and RAW camera files are not included. Your delivery timing and any custom arrangements are confirmed before booking.
